the weekend

I was away this weekend so I was unable to watch either of the games played, but I was heartbroken to find out that Toskala shut out the Rangers only to lose in a shootout on Friday night at MSG. I was far less surprised to find out that Sid the Kid enjoyed a 4-point night on Saturday as the Pens steamrolled the Buds 4-1. Based on these results, my opinion is that the Leafs are most in need of offense (and some defence too!). They have scored two goals in their last two games and obviously those kind of numbers are not going to be putting too many W's up for the boys. However, I am learning not to get my hopes up too high this year so any good that comes out of this season, as well as if they are at least entertaining to watch, is gravy to me. Tomorrow night the Leafs take on the Ducks at the ACC.

That will never happen, its just a lot of hot air. The glob and mail is trying to make a story out of nothing. But if by some chance T.O. gets another team at least Toronto fans would have twice as much of a chance to win the cup lol.
