facing Boston

As with every game when a team is in the thick of the fight for a playoff position, tonight's game against the Bruins is a big one for the Buds. I have been very impressed with their play since the All Star break and hope that they will continue rolling along, especially with the line that the Toronto Star called "Sundin and his Big Kids" (Sundin, Antropov, Ponikarovsky). Ponikarovsky is the little guy on this line and he's 6'4/220 lbs, which makes this trio virtually impossible to defned against. They are able to cycle the puck down low, they have good hands, and they are HUGE. As far as I'm concerned, pretty sweet! Sundin is playing angry and carrying this team forward with his passionate leadership and he's crashing the net all the time. That's what this team needs and he is definitely the Leafs' MVP. We'll see what happens tonight...
